Windows Mail is the email program that comes with Windows Vista. It was the replacement to Outlook Express. I want to know if it is possible to keep windows mail if you are a Vista user , and
all of its emails, mail rules and settings if one upgrades Vista to 7.

Windows 7 DOES NOT come with an email program.
You have to download Windows LIVE Mail.
It is a better program than OE or Windows Mail.
It is Free and easy to use.
Even though it is called Live it is still installed on your computer and all the files are kept on your computer.
yes no problem u can upgrade to win 7
Windows 7 doesn’t have a Windows Mail replacement built in. The closest you can get is Windows Live Mail (basically an upgraded version of Winodws Mail), which can be downloaded from http://www.live.com. Here is how to transfer emails http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3798-windows-live-mail-import-windows-mail-messages.html
You can’t transfer your account settings, but it’s easy enough to get it set up again.
