Thank You
While looking on description, there are different resolutions for still images, do these really matter for video quality of the camcorder as well?
I know that there are specific ways of making the pictures flattering with lighting and how good a photographer you are etc but I have a budget of around £200 and want a camera or camcorder that makes people look flattering with the skin looking smoother and not seeing any spots when I take casual pictures for example in a restaurant
any help would be greatly appreciated
i seen a nice camcorder that i would like but was wondering if 0.8 megapixels is a good picture quality, if not, what is?

I am going on a tour tomorrow, and I want to film it. But the commentary is played through earphones, so would I be able to record the commentary properly using my camcorder (by holding one earphone piece next to the microphone on my camcorder)?
Thank you for any help.
I have got the firewire cables etc but I can’t get the video onto the laptop. The camcorder is a couple of years old and still uses mini cassettes. Is it not possible to transfer the info because of this?
I am a fifteen year old boy who wants to get a camcorder. I need it to be definently under $400. The cheaper the better, but it does need to be quality. I will be using it for movies with friends, filming sports games (example: Ultimate Frisbee), etc.
Okay, so I have an Aiptek A-HD Camcorder, but the sound is crap and you can’t edit it. So, I am looking for a new one. It doesn’t have to be HD, infact, I don’t want it HD, and I want it to be around the $100-$150 mark. I also want it to come with a remote and (optional) a tri-pod. It doesn’t have to come with a tri-pod, but that would be the best.
Thanks!
Actually i want better still picture + better video quality. but i m confused about that things. i want 2 buy camcorder bcoz its provide both feature. so which one is useful for me digital camers or Camcorder in still picture issue. is this the same quality between camcorder and digital cam.
We are looking for a camcorder that uses Mini-DV tapes. We would film indoors a lot so good low light quality is important. We are looking to spend less than $1500 but for the right camera could go up to $2000. We want good sound quality. I am not a pro so I wouldn’t need a bunch of fancy controls, but some flexibility would be nice. What camera would you recommend us to purchase? Are there any that you have experience with that are terrible? Thanks!
